Our Mission

A crest forged in courage. A promise kept in action.

The sword, the shield and the laurel on our crest are not decoration. They are the three things we swore to carry: protection, dignity and victory for the people of Ukraine.

Founded by members of the Ukrainian diaspora and volunteers on the ground, the Brotherhood operates as a direct-delivery network. We buy what is needed, we drive it ourselves, and we hand it over in person. No middlemen, no warehouses gathering dust.

How a Convoy Happens

From a phone call to a doorstep in 72 hours.

This is the route every gift takes. We publish the manifest, the photos and the hand-over signature for each convoy, so you can follow your donation from the warehouse in Lviv to a kitchen table in the east.

Warehouse filled with aid boxes
Hour 0 · Lviv Hub

The request comes in

A village council, a hospital director or a school principal calls our coordinator. We verify the need with a local partner and price the load the same day.

Volunteers pack and load

Our warehouse team weighs, labels and photographs every pallet. The manifest goes online before the truck leaves the yard.

Delivered in person

Drivers hand each package to a named recipient and collect a signature. Photos and receipts are posted to the convoy's public page within a week.

When the trucks arrived in our village, my mother cried. Not because of the food, but because someone remembered we were still here.

Voices

Words from the people we serve

The generator from the Brotherhood kept our maternity ward running through three blackouts in January. Two babies were born by its light.

Dr. Iryna KovalenkoChief Physician, Regional Hospital

I fled with two suitcases and two children. UBD found us a flat, a school and a lawyer within a week. They gave us back our dignity.

As a donor I have never seen this level of transparency. I can open the convoy page and see the exact pallet my gift paid for.
