This is the route every gift takes. We publish the manifest, the photos and the hand-over signature for each convoy, so you can follow your donation from the warehouse in Lviv to a kitchen table in the east.
The request comes in
A village council, a hospital director or a school principal calls our coordinator. We verify the need with a local partner and price the load the same day.
Volunteers pack and load
Our warehouse team weighs, labels and photographs every pallet. The manifest goes online before the truck leaves the yard.
Delivered in person
Drivers hand each package to a named recipient and collect a signature. Photos and receipts are posted to the convoy's public page within a week.
